EFT (EMOTIONAL FREEDOM TECHNQUES) TRAINING COURSES CONTRACT AND TERMS & CONDITIONS Courses run by Jo Cantle, Accredited Master Trainer Accredited with the EFT and Mindfulness Centre
Pricing All advertised prices are subject to change at any time. Any previously advertised prices, whether printed or found online, will cease to be valid. The price quoted at the time of contact with us, whether by email, phone, or in person, is valid for a maximum of seven days and must be confirmed in writing by us.
Deposits A deposit is required to secure your place on the course. All deposits are non-refundable.
Payment
Payment in full must be received no later than 14 days before the first day of your course. Failure to make payment may result in the loss of your place and deposit.
For full diploma courses paid in instalments, payments are spread over 12 months. A deposit is required to secure your place.
If payments fall into arrears, access to the course will be suspended until payments are up to date.
Should you choose not to complete the course, instalments must still be paid in full. No refunds will be provided for non-completion.
Cancellations
You must provide a minimum of four weeks’ notice to cancel or postpone a course. Under exceptional circumstances, postponements may be allowed at the discretion of management.
Courses can only be postponed or cancelled once. Further changes will require a new deposit, and no refunds will be provided.
Cancellations made less than four weeks before the course start date will result in the full loss of course fees unless exceptional circumstances apply and are approved by management.
Cancellations must be made in writing or via email. Phone, text, or social media cancellations will not be accepted.
Rescheduling Courses Courses may be rescheduled once, provided they are booked and completed within three months of the original date. Any outstanding payments must be made before rescheduling.
Confirmation Signed terms and conditions must be returned within seven days of booking to confirm your place. Course confirmation letters, manuals, and relevant materials will be sent after receipt of payment and signed documentation.
Communication Please ensure all contact details are up to date and notify us promptly if you do not receive expected emails or correspondence.
Certificates Ensure your name is spelled correctly for certificates. Certificates can be replaced for a fee of £25 to cover administration costs.
Transfers Courses may be transferred to another person for an administration fee of £50.
Local Requirements Students are responsible for checking local by-laws and insurance requirements before starting the course.
Practice & Skill Development Some courses require practice post-training to refine skills. No refunds will be provided for lack of ability, changes in personal circumstances, or unmet personal expectations. Additional training or refresher sessions can be arranged at £75 per hour (minimum two-hour booking).
Completion Requirements To obtain full diplomas, students must complete required case studies, practice hours, and assessments. Attendance of at least 80% of live training sessions is required for the full Emotional Freedom Techniques Level 1 (beginner) and Level 2 (Intermediate) courses. Extensions may be arranged under certain circumstances.
Additional Needs Please notify us of any disabilities or additional learning requirements prior to the course to ensure appropriate support can be arranged.
Course Changes We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify courses due to insufficient numbers, external factors, or changes in regulations.
Liability We do not accept liability for delegate belongings during training or for any associated costs such as transportation or accommodation due to cancellations.
Conduct Delegates must adhere to Health and Safety policies. Disruptive behaviour, endangerment to others, or attendance under the influence of substances will result in removal without refund.
Data Protection We comply with GDPR and the Data Protection Act 1998. For details on how we use your data, please contact us.
Complaints Complaints should be raised with the tutor in the first instance. If unresolved, they may be escalated to our formal complaints process or the EFT and Mindfulness Centre.
Intellectual Property All course materials remain the property of Jo Cantle & Lisa McMurtry and Becoming 360 Ltd. Reproduction or distribution of materials without permission is prohibited.
Termination of Coaching Relationship Either party may terminate the coaching relationship with 14 days’ written notice. Fees are non-refundable, and any outstanding payments must be settled upon termination.
Confidentiality All shared information during training sessions is confidential. Delegates are expected to respect the privacy of trainers and fellow participants.
Testimonial Consent We may request a testimonial at the end of the course. Please notify us if you do not wish your feedback to be shared publicly.
Miscellaneous This agreement is governed by the laws of England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland.
IMPORTANT:
Please be aware of these additional charges: a £30 membership fee to the EFT & Mindfulness Centre to join as a Student Member, and a £20 fee for the online exam at Level 2 Intermediate level.
Providing you meet all the criteria required to pass the Level 2 Intermediate certification, to receive your certificate you are required to upgrade to full membership on the EFT & Mindfulness Centre website, which is a fee of £49.
Any unused Student Membership fees will be credited back. These additional fees are for administrative purposes and are outside Becoming 360 Ltd control. More details can be found at (https://www.eftandmindfulness.com/).
