Terms of Service for Coaching Products and Services
1. Introduction 1.1 These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of coaching products and services provided by Becoming 360 Ltd (“we,” “us,” “our”). 1.2 By purchasing our products or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not proceed with your purchase. 1.3 These Terms comply with UK laws, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
2. Definitions 2.1 “Products” include digital content such as courses, guides, and templates. 2.2 “Services” include coaching sessions, programmes, workshops, and other forms of personal or group coaching. 2.3 “Client” refers to the individual or entity purchasing products or services from us.
3. Booking and Payment 3.1 All products and services must be paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. 3.2 Payment is accepted via [Payment Methods, e.g., credit card, PayPal, bank transfer]. 3.3 In the case of subscription services, payments will be taken automatically on the agreed schedule unless cancelled by the Client.

Coaching Services 6.1 Coaching sessions will be conducted in person, via video call, or by telephone, as agreed upon at the time of booking. 6.2 Coaching is a collaborative process, and outcomes are dependent on the Client’s commitment and engagement. 6.3 We do not guarantee specific results and disclaim any liability for the Client’s actions or inactions following coaching sessions.
7. Intellectual Property 7.1 All materials provided as part of our products or services, including but not limited to workbooks, templates, and recordings, are the intellectual property of

8. Confidentiality 8.1 All personal information shared during coaching sessions will remain confidential unless disclosure is required by law. 8.2 Group sessions require mutual respect for the confidentiality of all participants.
9. Limitation of Liability 9.1 We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or services. 9.2 Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the product or service.
