• You will arrive at our chosen beautiful venue, Saltmarshe Hall, that is in the heart of East Yorkshire and surrounded by trees. 
• As you arrive, you will be greeted with some refreshments, have the opportunity to relax and settle in, chatting to other attendees or simply sitting and admiring the beauty of the surroundings around you

• You will spend the day relaxing and unwinding, allowing yourself to simply be with you.

• Throughout the day, you will be guided through meditations, visualisations, journaling, inner reflection, personal & spiritual connection and so much more

• And you will be given alone time for self-reflection, journaling and relaxation, giving you the opportunity to go outside, connect with nature, breathe in the fresh air, ground and self-reflect.

• Lunch is served to you half-way through the day.
• You will be given lots of time to relax, laugh and chat with your fellow attendees.
